T-Flex® Coder Specifications
Lincoln Coders has 58 models of contact
carton coders. These are the specifications for the base models
that use T-Flex® rubber type, but
custom configurations are available. We also have coders that use RIBtype® instead of
T-Flex®. If you don't see what you need, give us a call at

Definitions:
- RANDOM CODER
- Free wheeling, marks every 16¼" on center; can
be used on sheet goods.

- INDEX CODER
- Prints one time per box, anywhere in the first
12½"; index arm needs at least 5" of space
between boxes to re-set.

- BOX SHOE
- Option to move the print area from the first
12½" to between 8" and 21" on the
side of the box. (Part #158)

- SWING AWAY
- Lift up and rotate coder off line for type and ink
roll change; rotate back and coder latches into
operating position. (Part #131)

- DOG LEG
- Added to mounting bracket; coder can reach 4"
further across conveyor belt. (Parts #118 & #184)

- 90 DEGREE CAM
- Allows index coder to re-ink and re-set after turning
only 4" (Part #70-C-LH or #70-C-RH)

- SOFT CAM ASSEMBLY
- For use on lightweight packages; requires less force
to start the index wheel turning (Part #70-S)

- OVER THE LINE INK ASSEMBLY
- Allows coder to extend over conveyor belt and print
within ½" of the bottom of the carton without
interference from ink assembly (Available in
5/8", 1", 1-1/4", 1-5/8" and
2" sizes)

- DRY ROLLS
- For use with custom inks, available in both felt and
foam. (5/8" felt roll #6000, 5/8" foam roll
#6010, 1" foam roll #6011, 1-5/8" foam roll
